These terms apply to Salon Zukan (salon-zukan.com), operated by CLT NY INC.

1. The directory is built from public open data (business registrations and state licenses). Information may be out of date. We do not guarantee accuracy.
2. Shop owners may create a page after confirming they own or manage the shop. You are responsible for what you publish (menu, prices, photos). Do not post content you don't have rights to.
3. We may hide or remove a page that is misleading, infringes others' rights, or breaks the law.
4. The basic page and booking are free. Paid add-ons (member card, notices, customer records, custom domain) are billed monthly through CLT Members and can be canceled at any time; see the CLT Members terms.
5. We are not a party to bookings or payments between shops and their customers.
